Frequently asked questions
Chef Yuki arrives 90 minutes early to set up. She brings all equipment, ingredients, and serving ware. You simply provide the dining space.
All fish is sourced from premium purveyors at the Fulton Fish Market, selected the morning of your experience.
Omakase means "I leave it to you" — but Chef Yuki will ask about preferences and allergies beforehand to tailor the experience.
Maximum 6 guests for the optimal experience. Each additional guest beyond 4 is an added fee.
